What an amazing experience. Popped in to check out a CX3, thought it time to trade in my old car. The staff were friendly, outgoing, knew their stats and could easily accomodate me with a test drive. I contacted them about upgrading our car, and they gave us a great deal! We got a new CX-5 super fast. They're seriously awesome, super professional, helpful, and friendly.
Took my Bt 50 for recall by Mazda. Like Penrith Mazda their customer service is also pathetic. Recall was to change 2 front wheels and it was done in 1 day. Driving back home my vehicle was not the same, wheels were making noises. I called them back and was given a appointment following week. I went to a local mechanic, after inspection he found out 1 front wheel was not tightened and one nut was cross threaded . After thigtening the bolts my vehicle was back to normal.
