Extremely poor service. Went with 4 year old to get him checked for a serious ear injury. We were made to wait for 2 hours. Then on asking we were told there is only one doctor and there would another 3 hours wait before doctor can check. Pathetic service as usual. Don't know where my tax dollars are going.
I am very disappointed with the care my friend received. He arrived at the emergency department at around 8:00 am yesterday with a suspected thumb fracture. We waited for almost six hours, despite paying around $724 for treatment. After all that waiting, his thumb was not even properly fixed or immobilised. Instead, we were discharged at around 2:30 pm and simply referred to another hospital for further treatment.
