The doctors is on the 3rd level. Near/behind the St George bank. The receptionist was nice to us, we did hear her be quite rude to other patients and doctors aswell. Our Doctor was 50 minutes late and we paid for the appointment before we even seen the doctor.
My Mum had a consult with Dr Shadha Al-Fadhi and she was very impressed. Doctor was very thorough with the consult and organised a referral. Doctor was very attentive. Mum is going to make Dr al-fadhi her ongoing Doctor. Thank you for looking after my Mum.
Dr Wah Wah San is amazing very caring and goes above and beyond.
Visiting the same gp always but it’s saddening and am really disappointed by the person on phone line. Called a few times and didn’t receive any call backs as promised and later on was told that they called me back it was me who didn’t receive. Really disappointed!!! Now i know why its going down on ratings although the doctors are very polite, respectful and highly professionals… just Screenshot for the reference that I didn’t miss any call.
