Wish I could give zero stars. The arrogance and attitude of Dr Gilda Bona Cruz-Kazzi the paediatrician is alarming. She should not be working with children. We showed up on time for an appointment and after over an hour waiting she decided to see us. No apology. No explanation. She then got angry when I asked why the wait was so long and we were simply told to leave if we want with an arrogant grin on her face. The doctors is on the 3rd level. Near/behind the St George bank. The receptionist was nice to us, we did hear her be quite rude to other patients and doctors aswell. Our Doctor was 50 minutes late and we paid for the appointment before we even seen the doctor.
My Mum had a consult with Dr Shadha Al-Fadhi and she was very impressed. Doctor was very thorough with the consult and organised a referral. Doctor was very attentive. Mum is going to make Dr al-fadhi her ongoing Doctor. Thank you for looking after my Mum.
Dr Wah Wah San is amazing very caring and goes above and beyond.
