Just wanted to write a positive review regarding my experience with Dr Charles. I definitely do recommend Dr Charles to the community for any dental needs! Dr Charles and his team are wonderful and very approachable. A very inclusive environment indeed. Dr was able to remedy a very very sore toothache for me this morning and has very thoroughly guided me through my options for my dental plan moving forward. Thank you Dr Charles and team! I have been seeing Dr Ian Charles for many years. Over time I have undergone a wide variety of procedures, including root canal treatment, and I have found Ian to be extremely skilful, friendly and able to keep pain to a minimum.
Hello, I have been attending this Dentistry, for many years (20yrs +) & find it a pleasant experience. I was always skeptical, when advised to have crowns/root canal therapy, but Ian & Kate are exceptional in their workmanship. Their appointment scheduling is on time, which is Fantastic, (No Waiting, Perfect). I now have my Family attend this Dentistry practice. Have Good Day.
I have been seeing Dr Ian Charles for many years now. The team at Blacktown Family Dental are all very friendly and happy to help. It is nice to feel comfortable when undergoing any type of dental procedure surrounded by competent people. Ian has been helpful in pointing me in the right direction when both of my girls had to have braces and for myself with my TMJ issues. I highly recommend the services at this practice.
