I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating from beginning to end. The company seemed far more interested in sending invoices than actually helping customers understand the work being done. I asked for clarification on the charges and expected a simple conversation, yet the process became unnecessarily difficult and unprofessional. Very disappointing experience with this electrician company. I contacted them because I simply wanted clarification about what I was being charged for, and I was told I had to make an appointment just to speak with the manager. After making the appointment and waiting, nobody contacted me at all regarding the issue. The lack of communication, professionalism, and customer service was extremely frustrating. I had a very disappointing experience with this electrician company. The communication was very poor. They didn’t explain things clearly and were very vague. The pricing was excessive compared to the work completed. They had charged me 530 for a led light bulb change.I feel like l was not given clear explanations before being charged.
