Horrible experience.
It's going to seem like I'm echoing what the other low rating reviews have said but this is the unfortunate truth. Where do I even start? The first and most annoying thing about this place is the difficulty in booking a service. They never pick up the phone. When transferred to the service centre through the GWM Blacktown phone number, it always rings twice then says to leave a voicemail. 1. FAIR TRADING DISPUTE OPEN! 2. MTA - Motors Traders Association COMPLAINT OPEN! 3. FORMAL COMPLAINT LODGED WITH OMBUDSMAN NSW - NEXT STEP IS NCAT! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! Absolutely appalling service. My car has been sitting at this service centre indefinitely while they “diagnose” the issue — no updates, no timelines, no communication. Meanwhile, I’m left without a car to get to and from work. This place is amazing. Amazingly awful. I would say more, but they're simply not worth it. Just avoid this place.
