I am very disappointed with the service at GWM Haval Blacktown. Even at the first 10,000 km service, no basic checks were done – no brake inspection, no wiper blade check, and everything was left as it was. Despite this, I was charged $350 for what was essentially a very basic service. On top of that, booking an appointment was frustrating. Kudos to the entire team there for offering a wonderful experience from inspections, visits, purchase, and handover. Your purchase experience can be assured to be satisfied, safe and reliable in the hands of Phil. Rating is purely based on the customer service, or lack thereof. Can you please advise how do you get hold of your service centre? Have called, left messages, texted, it’s near impossible. Car was serviced in June which took weeks of calling to get hold of someone and a part was meant to be order and contacted 2 weeks later to be fitted, we are still waiting and now can’t get hold of anyone.

Worked with Phil and Frank on buying second hand Mazda 3 - thanks to them the process was made to be seamless and handover was quick and efficient. What shone through most to me was their: - Excellent service and communication - Fantastic professionalism - and high level of expertise. There were a few things that were flagged in person once seeing the car - however, every question I had was answered, and every concern addressed without hesitation.
