Sent my sample and pre paid the test and had results back in less than 5 days. Will for sure send in again and use them for other cars we have.

Blackstone lost my check sent with oil sample for testing. Check was in bag with sample, called and was told it was not found. Had to call my bank, PNC, who had to cancel the check($35 fee). Was forced to give my credit card info over the phone to have the oil sample tested, credit card was processed. Test was received via email and letter (3/14/16 Invoice #94436). Incredible turn-around time. For those of us with older cars that we're very attached to the peace of mind that Blackstone provides is huge. I'd just re-done the top end after a head gasket failure, but recently noticed that I was losing just a bit of coolant again. While a pressure test indicated a simple failed radiator cap, I just couldn't feel right without checking the oil to be sure.
