If you order a steak medium well it always comes out rare. Burnt on the outside and bloody red on the inside. We even sent one of the steaks back and then it came out medium rare and more burnt on the outside. It used to be my favorite place to eat until the last two times when our steaks came out rare. Before that the steaks came out perfect. What changed? The waiters are great though.

I hate to say it, but I think their quality is slipping. I had a Ribeye med/rare, that was poorly trimmed and difficult to cut with a steak knife. My wife had the beef wellington in which the tenderloin had the consistency of liver. Which makes me believe that they purchased a lesser quality of the cut. Maybe "cow"? I worked in the meat industry for years, and know the difference. I never complain to wait staff, god knows it's not her fault. I believe with the competition in the corridor, others will soon notice that efforts... read more
