I normally don’t write reviews, but I am very disappointed with Ms. Elaine. On Saturday November 2nd, 2024. I went to Elaine’s salon for in person consultation, we discussed the style and color. I scheduled an appointment for Saturday November 9th, 2024 @ 1pm. Elaine called me on the day of my appointment @11:45am, to tell me she didn’t have the color for my hair. I couldn’t believe it!
