Phenomenal Flooring should be the name of this company! Enough cannot be said about the hard work and competence of the staff, 11/10 experience! I honestly I cannot wait to contract with Blackrock for all my future flooring projects
Their website says they don’t subcontract that is a lie. They subcontracted people that weren’t prepared for the job.
