great prices...much improved work from a couple years ago – i had been hearing that these guys had a bad rep. so i doubted taking my car to them, but after talking to a friend he told me to ask for 2 guys in particular that do great jobs tinting vehicles, So I asked for them, their names were ernie and martin which worked on my 03 mercedez.the windows were done with no bubbles,gaps or any type of bad work. spend the extra money for better service – I had my Toyota tinted for about $160.00, it wasnt a bad price, so i said why the hell not. The first thing i noticed, was they tinted my car with the wrong shade, then after a couple of weeks go bye and come to find my door handle is broken and I first blamed my 4 year old, yea i felt like a a$% after i figuerd it wasnt his fault, spend the extra money and have your car serviced by a quality shop.

great job, customer service has gotten better!!! – I CAN SAY PREVIOUSLY WHEN MY 2003 YUKON WAS DONE IN 2007 THEIR SERVICE WAS REALLY CRAPY. I JUST TOOK MY BRAND NEW 08 600 SERIES BMW TO THEM AND IT WAS DONE GREAT NO BUBBLES ,SCRATCHES OR SLOPINESS . THEIR SERVICE HAS IMPROVED NOW THEY HAVE A SECRETARY WHO IS VERY FRIENDLY ALSO I FOUND OUT THAT ALL STAFF ARE FAMILY MEMBERS AND SENT TO SEMINARS HOW TOM TINT IN A PROFESSIONAL WAY. I CAN SAY I WOULD TAKE ANOTHER CAR OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!

Don't do business with these jerks – Their prices are fantastic...unfortunately that's the only good thing you can say about these guys. I've gone to this place twice now, and my car STILL isn't tinted. The first time I was going to do my brother's car, then my car. They finish my car and decide that they don't feel like doing mine that day. Unbelievable right? Avoid, Avoid,Avoid! – Never will I go or refer anyone else again! Terrible customer service, rude, an oh-well approach to their work. I have either taken or referred friends to this location on more than one occasion, won't happen again. Some complaints; black marks/stains left on seats, oh-well, liquid everywhere (must have spilled something) oh-well, broken door handle which I had to find out on my own, oh-well. Worst place to get your windows tinted – I took my brand new Lexus to get my windows tinted. When I picked it up, the leather and vinyl on my door panel were slashed and they did not replace the door panel correctly. Owner was very rude but agreed to replace door panel. When he found out the price, he "tried" to have one of "his" guys fix it. Anyway they did a crappy job and the owner again agreed to replace the door panel. Poor Job – Just picked my car up from BlackOut Tinting and was very disapointed. My control panels are broke and there's gaps in my windows. When I tried to explain they were very rude and didn't fix the problems.
