Staff is always nice and helpful. They use USPS and Fedex for delivery, no UPS

Do NOT give this place your business! I would give them Zero stars if I could. Management is absolutely horrible. I was there for 6 years, and they are extremely difficult to deal with. I moved out of my unit after they closed on Saturday at 2pm, so they charged me for Sunday and Monday, because the "system" does it automatically. I called them Monday morning to let them know I had moved out. They said there is nothing they can do, because the computer told them so. Management is condescending and more like robots than human... read more
They lost the package... It was notary work. I dropped before last shipment, infact around 2 that day. I called and they told me it was still in the office. smh...but they were friendly
