Great place to live. Have lived here 10+ years and love it!
I've only been here for a short time, but I can already tell Jessica is doing a good job keeping up with everything at blackhawk trails. The maintenance gets done in a timely fashion and the neighbors seem friendly. Doesn't hurt hat there's a big park just across the street. I can see myself living here for a while.
Hi Jessica, I moved here at Blackhawk Trails on August 1st, 2026( July 31st,2026) with my family. The transition from searching the apartment, visiting for a tour, signing the lease and moving in was extremely supportive, successful and smooth. I moved to Blackhawk last fall, and I'm so happy I chose it! Property is well-managed, and both Jessica and maintenance staff are very responsive. My apartment has the space and amenities that I need. I've lived in multiple different complexes since moving to Madison eight years ago, and this experience has easily been the best.
If you are looking for a place where you can truly have peace, return home to yourself, and experience healing on every level, this is it. My husband and I have lived here for the past three years, and it has genuinely been a restorative experience for us.
