I lived at Blackhawk Trails for four years, and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The property is very well maintained, and it’s clear the staff takes pride in keeping the community looking its best. They were always making updates and improvements around the property, which made it a great place to live. We love living at Black Hawk Trail Apartments, so when we recently received our lease renewal, we immediately signed it. Jessica, the property manager, and her staff do a great job maintaining the property and are so responsive to our questions. We compared our monthly rent to other apartments on the west side and found Black Hawk to be a great deal.

I lived at Blackhawk Trails for 3 years and only left because I moved to a different city. It was a great experience from start to finish, and I would recommend living there to anyone. Jessica and the maintenance team are very kind and responsive and address any issues right away. The complex is clean and quiet. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live!
