I lived at Blackhawk Trails for 3 years and only left because I moved to a different city. It was a great experience from start to finish, and I would recommend living there to anyone. Jessica and the maintenance team are very kind and responsive and address any issues right away. The complex is clean and quiet. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live!
I've been living at Blackhawk now for 4 years and just signed another lease. Blackhawk is very well maintained. All the dogs and their owners are very well behaved, haha. If you have any kind of issue come up Management and Maintenance are right on it!! The area is pretty, park across the street, playground. Beautiful pool area on the premise. Close to just about everything you could possibly need. I love living here!!
Apartments are well maintained, spacious and fresh. The complex is beautiful —clubhouse, pool and fitness room fantastic. I love that they are dog friendly. And Jessica has been so helpful.
I love living at Blackhawk apartments! When I was looking for a place to live, the landlord, Jessica, was amazing. She showed me three different units and was very responsive to questions. The move in experience was seamless. Maintenance has been amazing for any of my needs. Jessica has continued to be responsive and helpful. The property is super gorgeous as well! Highly recommend.
