Not a long wait at all and the staff were so friendly to me, the client and to my friend who had some related questions. I highly recommend for all your DMD needs.
Love Blackburns
I needed an overnight pulse ox monitor right away; another company said it would take 3 weeks to get one as they delivered them via mail and patients failed to mail them back with 100 monitors not returned. Blackburns sent their rep to drop off and pick up the device within a day; excellent customer service AND even if my insurance denied payment they would not charge me for it! Highly satisfied!
