I’ve really enjoyed living in this community. The building and apartments are beautiful, well-maintained, and feel thoughtfully designed. Angel and the team have been amazing to work with. He is always professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The location is also a huge plus, with convenient access to the metro and everything you need nearby. Highly recommend!
Living at Blackbird has been such a great experience. I truly love the management team here, Bertha and Angel who are amazing! They handle everything so quickly, are always responsive, and genuinely make this place feel like home. The Maintenance team is also excellent and always on top of any requests I place, which makes day-to-day living so easy and stress-free. Overall, I couldn't be happier living at Blackbird and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a well managed community with a team that really cares.
Great apartment complex — I truly enjoyed my time living here. Josue and Isaac from maintenance were always wonderful, and Bertha and Angel in the front office were equally great. I would have loved to stay longer, but life had other plans.

I expressed to Bertha how I was looking for a new home in a short amount of time and she worked diligently to make it happen, her bright and kind personality eased my stressful situation.
