One of the most well-known restaurants on the Island, Blackbeards serves a diverse clientele, and for that reason it can get very busy during the tourism/spring break season. The menu contains a tempting mix of drinks (Strawberry Daiquiri, Rum Punch), sandwiches (Yellowfin Tuna, The Pearl - a fried oyster po' boy) and other seafood dishes (Ginger Teriyaki Tuna Steak, Stuffed Shrimp). We had the chance to share our fave restaurant on SPI with our family visiting from out of state, yesterday. I didn't get the chance to thank the manager for accommodating a HUGE group. Thanks for making dinner for all 22 of us!!!!��
Quick service, great service and delicious food!
Last night (04/14) was my first time here, and my husband's first time in over six years. All I wanted was some dang good seafood and TripAdvisor made this place look promising. Well, it was terrible. Our server was AMAZING and the manager graciously offered to remove some items off the tab that we didn't touch, but the food was just awful. My husband got a shrimp po' boy and I got the seafood platter. My husband could not even eat his sandwich, which was just dry, unseasoned fried shrimp on a piece of bread. Love your shrimp stuffed avocado salad!!!!!! It's the best!!!
Boneless chicken wings were great, and if you love cole slaw, it doesn't come in a little cup (brought some home), and the seafood combo was excellent. My son had the ribeye, very good.
