One of the most well-known restaurants on the Island, Blackbeards serves a diverse clientele, and for that reason it can get very busy during the tourism/spring break season. The menu contains a tempting mix of drinks (Strawberry Daiquiri, Rum Punch), sandwiches (Yellowfin Tuna, The Pearl - a fried oyster po' boy) and other seafood dishes (Ginger Teriyaki Tuna Steak, Stuffed Shrimp). Took my mom there for an early pre Mothers Day lunch. It was not the Blackbeards I remember 😔 Food was sub par, shrimp did not taste fresh to me, the sides were a little underwhelming as well.
Had an amazing meal and great service! Plenty of food, brought home left overs and made fish tacos next day! This place never let's us down:)

Great service and great food. Didn't eat seafood but I had the chicken fried steak. The portions were huge and mashed potatoes were excellent. Family had a great time.

The fried fish and shrimp was great. The fries were delish , the complimentary onion ring was a nice gesture , the salad was put very well together and the inside dinning area was decorated very oceanic!!�

My family enjoyed this place 5-10min wait not bad We had avacado burger,childs chicken strips and chicken fried steak & big onion rings all was good recommend you share a plate was soo much for us but delicious awesome waitress as well!
