One of the most well-known restaurants on the Island, Blackbeards serves a diverse clientele, and for that reason it can get very busy during the tourism/spring break season. The menu contains a tempting mix of drinks (Strawberry Daiquiri, Rum Punch), sandwiches (Yellowfin Tuna, The Pearl - a fried oyster po' boy) and other seafood dishes (Ginger Teriyaki Tuna Steak, Stuffed Shrimp). I took my family there for dinner while at SPI in vacation. I loved it. Fast parking and were seated amazingly fast. I ordered the Shrimp cocktail and although I had never tried it as it was served (in a bowl, not in juice, more like thicker sauce/spread covered the shrimp, it was awesome! Shrimp were large and plentiful. Staff were attentive, polite, and effective. Atmosphere is perfect. I will be returning next trip to SPI!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍🏼👍🏼
The food is amazing. We try to eat here every time we visit SPI. Last night the food was delicious! Alma was our server and she was amazing! Our son decided to try and climb up the high chair and ended up hitting his head. She ran and got him an ice pack right away. Huge thanks to her. (He was okay). We had a very good experience there . Parking is great , entry is easy , seating is quick . Waitresses are quick and very accommodating. Overall we had a great experience.. We shall return.
We had a party of 35. The one server assigned to us (Arnold) was never rattled or overwhelmed. Great job taking care of all of us and the food was excellent.
The food was delicious. Despite it being super busy the service was great.
This place was amazing and the service is great. If you like blackened, make sure and get your dish that way. I had the seafood combo with shrimp, scallops and catfish. The portions are filling and you will not go hungry.
Quality of food has gone down. I would have given one star but the service was good.
