If I could leave no starts that would be better. We have been dealing with this company almost 2 years and we still don’t have a home and will not be getting one from them. We have given them a lot of money to get the job started and to order our manufactured home. They started the job (very poor workmanship). Scammed my parents out of 80k for their new home. Never received return phone calls. They lost everything in Hurricane Ian and now this. They take advantage of elderly.

Well here we a go again, well we were told that a new sub company was coming out today, Feb.1,2024 and of course no one showed up. My wife called the company and she pulled our file and the first thing she was ask the lady was about the Permit, she was told it was in the file. So my wife called Lee County Permit office and she was told that Black Black Wolf had not renewed their permit since 2016.
