Hoode is by far the most talented artist around. He's been my go to for 10 years. Everything he's done for me is unique and I couldn't be happier.
I couldn't be happier with my portrait tattoo of my Mom done by Bird. I definitely recommend coming here if you are in the Philadelphia area.

Justin Harris at Black Vulture is amazing. He tattooed me extremely fast and it healed so solid and perfect. His design was exactly what i had in mind and then some. Cool shop with really good artists.
This place is fantastic they take care of you give you what you want the shop is amazing you just don't sit in a booth with white painted walls staring at nothing during your sitting. Definitely going back I highly recommend it to others. Tom did an excellent job.
