Walked in with a more than painful ear from a daith piercing done in Aug at another place in Muncie. Jay was kind enough to look at the piercing & explain why I was having so much trouble with it. Needless to say, I begged him to take my earing out & he did. I can go back & have it pierced correctly in about 4-6 weeks. Thank you so much Jay.
Beware with J the guy that works there, takes advantage of girls that have their piercings done there and makes moved with them.

This is Jay and under no circumstances would I make moves on any of my customers. First, that is completely unprofessional and I’ve been doing this for 17 years. Second, I have a girlfriend that I love. I have no issues with honest criticism but I don’t have any idea who or what you are talking about.
I went here to get a piercing and it was amazing. Jay was very professional and answered all my questions, and you can tell he really cares about his work. The place is super clean too. I will for sure be coming back.
I have gotten 8 tattoos done by Josh, and I love every one! He is very talented and easy to communicate with :) And their business is always very clean. I suggest Josh to everyone I know!
