Had consultation appointment in mid June. Doc advised my case was routine, he’d seen 3 others that day with the same dx. Told me about 2 weeks for insurance authorization for the procedure. Reached out to insurance after not hearing any update from either side - insurance had no authorization requests. *6 weeks* later, insurance receives the authorization and approves the procedure on the same day. Even in the tightest situations, the team of Dr. Mussan and his new assistant treatment doctors are superb.
