This place offers playtime with the pups, learning how to harness, the opportunity to ride on a tag sled, and Jeff is very thorough in his knowledge and experience and encourages questions. We had a really fun morning and would absolutely recommend black spruce!
Awesome experience. Great way to start off my new year. Got to learn about dog sledding and some history, play with the dogs while I get to know them and had a great time riding in the sled and driving the companion sled. Luther was a great tour guide with great stories. Highly recommend!
fun 3 mile dog sledding through the forest right from Jeff's home.
These are Wonderful people very professional, friendly most of all you could see how they love their dogs. Joining them on their Beautiful property on the Ridge is Incredible . Seemed more of a Passion for them .I took my daughter for her 17th Birthday & she loved it !They compete & have won in races! The experience dwarfs the cost Don’t miss out .
Fantastic time yesterday with Noah! After getting bundled up, we got an education on dog sledding, racing, the Iditarod and the pups. We were hands on meeting the pups, harnessing them, and clipping them in place. We each got a chance to sit in the front sled directly behind the pups and time standing on the sled. Couldn’t wipe the smile from my face. I highly recommend this experience and Noah. He clearly loves his job, his lifestyle and pups! — with Joseph Lindstrom.
Great experience!!Awesome guide!Everything was at high standards! Would totally recommend it to anyone that is visiting Fairbanks. It might be a once in a lifetime experience, don’t miss it!
Love how friendly they were with us and how open they were with their dogs. Encouraged us to interact with them and let us harness them as well! Great experience and well worth the money! I would totally do this again!
I fully enjoyed my experience with Jeff, Katti and the beautiful sweet dogs. I would recommend this experience to anyone looking for a great place to visit.
We had an incredible time learning about these dogs and sledding! Small tour group numbers, hands on experience, and a knowledgeable guide! We couldn’t ask for more. — with Christian Galloway.
