Enjoyed the ambiance, food was very good. Sadly the "food runner" spilled a full glass of water when setting my plate down. I ended up with ice water in my lap and shoes. He did apologized. However management never said a word. We still would give them another try.
Tried their bbq sandwich(es) at Brewnost while visiting from Texas. This Texan approves!
This place is either hit or miss when it comes to their service. I came in with some friends from out of town Saturday night and luckily it was a hit this time. Turns out our server was from California like my friends and she DEFINITELY knew her stuff. She knew exactly which wine to help compliment my dinner which went perfectly with her recommendation, the Beef and Chimmi (spelling?) Went there for Iowa vs Iowa St game. Food was excellent. service was excellent. They just started serving their Clock Tower Brew, The Wit was great!
We went there for our anniversary dinner on a Saturday night. Food was excellent and our waitress was great! A little pricey in my opinion but not too bad. The decor and atmosphere were unique and perfect for what we were looking for. All staff members that we encountered were very professional and courteous which goes a long way. Very impressed and we will go there again!
