We had our roof and siding done over the summer. Mark B and the BlackRock team were amazing to work with. Everyone from top to bottom was clearly focused on my job and the results prove it. The appearance of my house was transformational and beyond all expectations. Now that the job is done and winter has moved in, the quality of the work done shines through all this ice and snow. The absolute worst company to deal with nasty and rude and inconsiderate associates. Will never do business with them and or anyone I know will tell them to pass this company is extremely shady with there business practices and aweful experience so glad I ended up going with a totally different company. They will drain your wallets and bank account beware. So glad they never started the job now knowing how unethical they are I wouldn't want anyone from this company putting their hands on my property.
Black Rock has completed several roofs for me and has done a great job on all of them. They have been houses that are very close together and have done a good job accommodating the neighbors to ensure everyone is satisfied with the job.

I did not use Black Rock to replace my roof, but I am the neighbor of a property that used them. This company was wildly unprofessional. I woke up to multiple of their workers trespassing into my backyard (which required propping open a 6 ft tall gate) and my furniture, grill, etc. moved around and tons of materials back there. All of this without speaking a word to me. Before I could see or react to this, I had let my dog out into my fully fenced yard without realizing all of this had happened and they left the gate propped... read more
