We had our roof done 18 years ago. There has not been a single shingle out of place until this past week. I filled out the form on their website to let them know that one strip was missing, and they are here, right now, as I type this, fixing it. Their communication is amazing, their workers are polite and efficient and I'm one happy customer!
Black Rock Roofing is a GREAT company! Have used them for years. When my garage needed a new roof in 2020, I called them first. They did a great job once again and left the yard spotless. No nails or debris anywhere. Recently, my neighbor noticed a couple of shingles were lifting up on my roof. (i couldn't see this from my yard). I called Black Rock and they said they would get someone to come out in a few days.
