We had our roof done 18 years ago. There has not been a single shingle out of place until this past week. I filled out the form on their website to let them know that one strip was missing, and they are here, right now, as I type this, fixing it. Their communication is amazing, their workers are polite and efficient and I'm one happy customer!
Black Rock Roofing is a GREAT company! Have used them for years. When my garage needed a new roof in 2020, I called them first. They did a great job once again and left the yard spotless. No nails or debris anywhere. Recently, my neighbor noticed a couple of shingles were lifting up on my roof. (i couldn't see this from my yard). I called Black Rock and they said they would get someone to come out in a few days. Had my roof replaced 6/24/2025. From first talking to Joe (estimator) to finish, communication and work was great. All my question were addressed and Dave and crew did an excellent job. Had vision of landscaping being trampled on, they took the time to cover up everything and keep it looking the way it was. Thanks
