Visiting this location from Atlanta and I took forever to pick a place to grab coffee and I’m glad I chose Black Rock. Tabby was THE SWEETEST barista & was genuinely excited to give me her suggestions and help me choose something I would like! The brown sugar shaken espresso with the vanilla cold foam she made me was strong & tasty. I would come back just for her positive vibes!
The staff was amazing. There was a longer wait time but that’s okay. Staff kept me updated and so apologetic even though it wasn’t in their hands. Patience and kindness goes along way! I over heard customers being abrupt over wait time which is ridiculous. Be kind, it’s just coffee. And delicious coffee at that! Great job staff staying upbeat and positive even when us customers don’t always make it easy. You guys ROCK!
Fun place to go if you like waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes for one iced coffee. Coffee was good and the employees were nice but the service is super slow.
