When someone places an order for pickup, it’s usually because they’re in a hurry otherwise, they would just order on the spot. That’s why it makes no sense to me that at this place, not only is the staff disorganized and slow to assist customers, but they also make you wait in line to pick up an order that’s already ready from the moment you arrive. It just doesn’t make any sense. I’ve had to wait up to 15 minutes for an order that was sitting there ready, and when you’re in a rush, it’s really frustrating.
If you are from a high social class, this place may not be suitable for you.
Ordered a matcha chiller. I was given a vanilla bean instead. Also ordered an ice coffee that was okay. Ordered a bagel asked the girl to split it or cut in half. She didn’t understand what I ment. Service was awful rude people and condescending . Spent $17 dollars for this not happy.
