I go to Black Rock all the time and really love their drinks. However, I noticed that every time I place an online order with any modifications, they almost always mess it up. Every time I order cold foam or whip it isn't there. It makes me nervous when I order for groups that they aren't paying attention to modifications because I have people in my group who can't have large amounts of sugar and order sugar free drinks for health reasons, and people with allergies in my group. Well I guess if you don't tip, they give you shitty service. Don't make your order fully complete. Instead of chocolate drizzle I got a big lump of chocolate powder, missing the whipped cream as well.
