This location is Horrible the waitstaff is rude and disrespectful and they don't accommodate large parties... Attended a engagement party that was supposed to be for 60 people and they had the whole party sitting at different tables but overall food was good just terrible service
The food was NASTY and cold the service was even worse can u say I will never be back and service and management was horrible
We sat at the bar for dinner . The bartender ( both ) of them were wonderful . My filet was to die for . Lobster tail was scrumptious. Will absolutely come back . Thanks for making my birthday special 😎
Never had a good experience at this location. Been here 3 times and I’ll never return. Wait staff is rude. We waited forever to be seated and forever to be served. Management is unhelpful at best. On the plus side, the food was great, considering I cooked it myself. Good thing there are many other Black Rock locations near me so I never have to step foot in the Novi location again.
