Dr Charlebois is absolutely amazing! He is kind hearted & I wouldn't go anywhere else.
They took awesome care of both my dogs and they aren't expensive. I love them so much when my dog was attacked they took amazing care of her
Dr charlebois and staff helped me thru 11 tough yrs with my baby Casper even taking him in for surgery at 2am on Christmas eve to Christmas. And when my sweet boy had to cross the rainbow bridge they were awesome and sent me a sympathy card. 5 yrs later i bring my 2 babies Cinnamon and Snow in for shots and he remembered my Casper.thats special love them
I have had pets since I was a child growing upon a dairy farm in CNY The staff & vet is kind & doesn't push unnecessary tests or treatments on people. Great old school Vet. Thanks for taking care of my Cats & Dogs🐶😻
One week ago today we had to send our beloved Silhouette on his way to his next life. This was an impossible decision as he was born under my care and was a part of our lives for almost 16 years. Through the ups and downs he was my best friend and I don't think I would have been able to do this without my loving son Lee and the incredibly understanding and compassionate staff here. Dr Charlebois has been our Vet for years!! He is very good with our Fur babies.
All of the staff have been wonderful. No complaints.
The doctors and staff were very undetstanding and gracious when we lost our beloved Saint Bernard Emmah at 14 months old to Addison disease last September 21st. Loved the heartfelt sympathy card with her paw print and hand written note. Just recently they did a great job with our senior Golden Retriever Jake who needed surgery.
I wont take my pets anywhere else. Past pets that my family owned were taken care of very well by dr charlabois and the staff. Even back when he worked out of a personal mobile vet office by the spca. When our older Dogs had to be put down years ago, the staff and Dr. Charlabois got us a card with a hand written paragraph regarding our loss and their condolences.
