RecommendedWe have always been with Valley Vet since way back when Dr C had the mobile clinic. I don't think we will ever switch. He did good when he brought Dr Jones on. She shares our love for Dobies which steals our hearts even more. The staff is just absolutely amazing. We love all the techs. They even deal with our mean old min pin with a smile on, they are always kind and caring. Couldn't ask for a better place to take your furbabies.
Took my dog there before he passed away and always fast and friendly. Dog loved them. We just got a new puppy and he goes there too and same thing. Never really there too long and everyone is very nice.
Dr. Charlerbois you were a absolute amazing person and veterinarian with our 5 dog's! I'll recommend you guys for anything or everything!
We had to take our cat Sophie for a stay at the clinic this week because she wasn't feeling well. Everyone there was exceptional. I can't say enough good about this business.
extremely poor communication skills. questions about concerns over pet don't get answered. if this was just the experience from one visit I probably would cut them slack and not be doing this review. Their goal seems to be to get you in and out quick and charge high prices while doing this. Don't show up 10 minutes early for an appointment because they probably won't see you until 20 or 30 minutes after the time the appointment was made for. warning signs of health problems were missed by them. Me and my fiancé brought our cat Mia here and found out she was very ill and we made the hard decision to euthanize her. I wanna thank the people at valley vet clinic for being so kind to us. In the mail, they sent us Mia’s last paw print which we didn’t even ask for but so thankful to have. And we had her cremated so when I went to pick up her ashes, they had it in this beautiful box and told me how to open it if we chose to spread her ashes somewhere. their useless n I would never go back to them ever again let's make someone spend 170 on meds for their fur babbie n just prescribe meds over the phone when the i asked to bring him in wow how can someone run a place like this n treat people like their nothing but still take their cash is past me it's sickening how a business like this can stay open n when I called to complain they act like everything is my fault admit when you screw someone.. do yourself a favour n don't bring your pet to them you will regret it..
