We would highly recommend Black Rhino Floors. Brian was professional, honest, and followed up with us in a timely manner. Black Rhino came well recommended and was great. The good thing is that they lived up to their reputation and other evaluations. We could not be more happy with their help, communication, work, and positive attitude of the workers. Very highly recommend to anyone who needs to refurbish a worn out garage floor.
Our garage floor was installed August of 2018. This spring (2019) I noticed a saucer plate size “bubble” and contacted them about it. They came out in a timely manner and resolved the issue. I can tell this company is very professional and prides itself in doing a quality job. This is why I give them 5 stars.
Highly recommend Black Rhino Flooring. Had garage floor finished with flakes and epoxy type finish. It looks great. Had to have an area redone, as I was not satisfied. They came back immediately with no questions asked. Great pricing and very professional.
Brian was an important part of making the choice between 5 different quotes for flooring. He understood that I knew nothing about this type of flooring, but was respectful, informative, and professional. I elected to have 1,500+ sq ft of flooring installed. and the dogs in my daycare area love it, The follow up is incredible, customer service, communication, and quality are obviously important to Black Rhino. I will continue to recommend them to everyone who compliments the new floor!
Black Rhino floors business is the most professional company I have dealt with in a long time! From the initial consult/appraisal to the completed garage floor I was very impressed. Brian (sales) was very honest, detailed in process and followed-up on the day the floor was being done.
