I have been a real estate broker for 35 years. Black Rhino floors was the most intimidating and unprofessional of any that I have dealt with in the course of 1000s of interactions. We contracted with them for $5000 to coat our garage floor. By their own admission, it immediately failed due to installing inferior materials. They said the right stuff wasnt available due to COVID. Did my bathroom floor messed up, came back to redo -messed it up even more. Flooring was spotty, wrong color and burned through. Buried all moldings and vents under oppoxy that I had to pay another contractor to redo everything they did plus buy all moldings and vents to replace. On top of it all they are refusing to refund my deposit saying deposit is not refundable! Will never recommend anybody to use them.
