Chris is responsive, friendly, informative & does top notch work! He has worked on my 20 year old mountain bike several times & keeps her running great! I cannot say enough great things about Chris. I reached out looking for a rare bike from Australia for my little girl (I know I’m insane but it was SO cute!). This shop was worth the 2.5 hr drive. While we only ordered and picked up a bike from Chris, his communication and updates were fantastic! He responded to all questions quickly and is a pleasure to deal with. Also, he truly cares of cycling and started kids off the correct way into the sport. You won't find another shop with the trade up offer he provides on kids bikes.
