First time and it was Fantastic! Gluten free options were many and the food and waitstaff Incredible.
I had the Chesapeake Bay pizza and my son had the seafood risotto. They were both delicious and our server was great! The only thing I have to complain about is I think there was an air conditioning issue because it was quite warm in the restaurant. This is coming from a woman who is always complaining she is cold all the time. If I am hot, it must be hot.
Great dinning experience! This is an absolute must try!
We had fantastic service on a busy Saturday night (Amy). Knowledgeable about the menu-always gave us a heads up when soup/entree/dessert was coming. Never had to ask for refills. Food was fresh and amazing! We will definitely come again.
Its about time Greenbrier had some locally owned, unique, interesting restaurants instead of more boring chains (which we avoid like the plague). Ate at The Black Pelican tonight; service was great/friendly and food was interesting, super fresh, timely, and delicious. I dont often review things online but thought it was worth getting on here to give them an excellent review. Will definitely be back!
I went there lasr Monday night and the food was awful! I will not be going back there.
EXTREMELY poor service. The food was good but not what I ordered. The server never came back to check on us or apologize for the mix up. Won't be spending that money again.
Awesome atmosphere, great service, and outstanding food!
