Just stopped in for a beer and to check out the menu. Beer was cold, server was friendly so we'll be back!
We had to wait about 30 minutes to get a table, but that was fine as we found a nice seat for four near the bar area. The we had an excellent meal. My wife and I chose the Wanchese Fisherman's Risotto, which was excellent! Will definitely be back again!
Ive traveled all over the world, and the Black Pelican is a top 10. Excellent food and great service. Fresh Swordfish blackened with fire roasted corn salsa was off the chain!
My family and I always end up saving the best for last and this reastraunt really is great and worth the wait!
Amazing food if you are ever in Kitty hawk on the Outer Banks of NC.
Every item was superb, especially the swordfish ala oscar. Highly recommended
