Gumbo cup, was totally awesome, thank goodness I didn't order the bowl !! Wonderful burger & onion rings . Plus Lone Star bottles!! Great service!!
Good portion size. Had shrimp po boy, catfish po boy and a dozen gulf oysters. Nice place! Would definitely visit again. Delicious!!
Oysters 3-ways were delicious. Boudin Balls for appetizer were the best👍 Service was awesome.
The food was great. My only fault with this place is that their lunch prices go up versus their dinner prices. I ordered fish tacos, it comes with three and the fish came in a whole piece not chopped up. It was good but too much food for me. They should offer smaller portions for lunch and reduced prices at lunch.
I was recommended to this place as THE place to eat on the island. I was surprised to find it was a humble, little place. We started lunch with oysters on the half shell. They were so succulent and sweet! And the poboys were a mountain of fried oysters and/or shrimp! We couldn't even eat the bread! The sides...Amazing! Fried okra and slaw were spot on! So much food that I ate it for 2 days...and SO insanely inexpensive! And the cocktails were nothing to sneeze at! I can't wait to try the dinner menu!!

Best Ceviche ever! If you are ever in town this is the best place to have lunch. Every time my gf and I come to Galveston we stop here.
Well they have the best Rockefeller oysters.. And the service was great , I would recommend Black pearls to anyone who loves good tasting food !!! 5 stars For Black Pearls ...
