While in town for a convention, my colleagues and I had had enough hotel food and wanted something local and good. The Black Pearl was our choice for the evening and did we ever make the right choice. The appetizers were delicious, the drinks were spot on and the food was abundant and fresh. If I had it all to do all over again, I’d go right back there again. Thank you for your hospitality. We will be back.

If you like fried seafood this is the spot! Big portions and tasty seasonings. Not good for cocktails or wine, but good food.

THE BEST Blackened Salmon I've had ever! Not a long wait, at all. Drinks were great. Fried Mushrooms were out of this world and the service was amazing! I cannot wait to go back!

We had the blackened catfish poboy and boudian balls. It was amazing. So good. This was our second visit. The first time we came, we had the muffaletta sandwich and gumbo. We loved that as well. Great food, nice atmosphere.
Don't pass up the crab poppers!!! Make sure you have a buddy to help you eat their po'boys. The gumbo as ok but not the strength of their menu. Would go back anytime 😊
Excellent food. The oysters and seafood gumbo was so fresh and the best I've had in a very long time. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was better than expected. The prices were high but hey...it's a tourist town. Can't waitto go back.
