They back up their work - recommended! Black Mountain Plumber installed a flange and new toilet for us about a year ago. Today the toilet starts leaking again. I called them. They sent someone to fix the problem. It turned out that the connection between the two pieces of the toilet was not tight enough to prevent leaking. onewisemomma Sorry, but we found Black Mountain to be extremely overpriced and when a mistake with their work was found the owner was very defensive and rude. It was very difficult to get them to admit the mistake and correct it.
