Thank you to the guys at Black Label!! We had such a great experience. The whole staff was wonderful - they were casual but spot-on attentive, they spent time with us and went the extra mile. I had the car inspected at an independent mechanic's shop before I bought it - everything checked out. Jaycee was honest and professional. Albert was very patient and extremely supportive when my own bank presented unexpected financing delays.
Very informative and professional
Incredibly poor experience. When I first contacted them, they weren't certain they even wanted to sell the car at all, or at what price as it was on consignment from a friend of the owners. I made it clear several times that this was the perfect configuration and that I would like to purchase it as soon as they figured out if they could sell it.
