Horrible experience, unprofessional. Calls on a $200k +vehicle ans they confirm it’s available to view ans test drive. I spent 4 hours driving to and from dealer for nothing. The dealer basically had a receptionist to greet me and was not able to assist with anything. Waste of time, do not work with them.

Sorry Sam it was me Michael you spoke to and let me first tell you that you never asked me specifically to come and test drive the car you only asked if it was here and can you come to see it. of course it is and i said OK. It was a 227k Ferrari sitting in our showroom, However if you would of asked to test drive it I would of told you we need approval first or proof of funds we do not just joy ride 227k cars and sometimes in the past that's what customers have done. Bella customer service was great.
Car has lots of body damage all rims are badly scraped and all corners of body paint scratched up they hide in the picture no waranties and over priced once taxes is added they will not work with anyone crazy !

Mike is a great guy. He offered me a very fair price and value for the trade-in. He was not pressured and was friendly enough to show me the car. Unfortunately, we couldn't come to an agreement. So he had to take a better offer from someone else. I would definitely recommend his store to anyone who is buying exotics. Hopefully, he will have a car that's suitable for my desire in the near future.
I have found the best dealer on earth. Customer service is A+, their selection is top notch, the purchase process was E-A-S-Y. When I want my next exotic- Im going to Black Label AutoFirm. Thank you Mike, I love my Black Label AutoFirm Ferrari F430!
