Used Dr Black my whole pregnancy she was amazing! Always listened to my concerns and gave me peace of mind. The nurses at TWHC were so great my whole pregnancy! I always felt taken care of and so did my toddler. They all loved on her when she would join my appointments. Dr Sterling delivered my baby he was very reassuring the whole time. READ if you are coming here for PREGNANCY!!! I previously had great experiences with Dr. Black as a GYN, but after I started to develop high blood pressure and signs of preeclampsia I was brushed off and felt dismissed due to having anxiety. While I was in hospital triage at St Francis (multiple times due to high BP) Dr Black would not come visit us even though she was in the hospital (and even after we asked to talk to her). I had my surgery done @ 4pm on a monday, and by tuesday afternoon (it was like 12pm) the next day, Dr. Black came in to check on me to see if i could go home. shes not even my dr, dr. nathanial rapp is. he was not available this day. I had staples following my surgery..that i had less than 24 hours ago. i had like 15. she wanted to remove them. i told her no, i just had it done less than 24 hours ago, there is no way my incision has closed up since then. you will not remove them. she ignored me! she removed them. and then ha... read more
Dr. Hollie Black has been a wonderful doctor for both OB and regular annual visits. She has great bedside manner and builds rapport with her patients. She looks at the whole patient. I’ve had a few unique things and she’s considered my whole health.
