My 16 year old got pierced by Matteo and he was awesome!!!! She barely felt it. She is a wimp about needles and he made her experience awesome! She was practically hyperventilating walking in, but he calmed her down and we were in and out. We are here on a recommendation and I am so glad we did.
I have 5 piercings and 2 tattoos from here. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and gentle. Highly recommend.
I got my lip ring done on the east side location but anytime I need help with my jewelry, I can go to the west location that's near me and still get the same level of stellar service I did when I got the original piercing over a decade ago.
