Customer service is amazing and Rachel is the best. My wife and I have both received Daith piercings, my 12 year old daughter got her cartilage done, and my 17 year old daughter got an industrial piercing. Could ask for a better piercer! She walked us through the whole process, took her time and explained the whole healing process. Simply amazing and professional to the highest standards!!
Mike was a chance encounter. An immediate vibe for the tattoo we wanted. At the moment we were like whatever. But dood! The MAN Mike Misoda just totally exceeded our expectations.
Went in to acquire about a nostril piercing. The person behind the counter was very helpful (didn't get her name). She helped me pick out a very nice piece of jewelry. I was nervous but Rachel made the experience tolerable. Not as much pain as I imagined.
A positive and respectful experience. High quality jewelry and lots of selection. Staff was very knowledgeable and sweet. Would definitely recommend.
