I had Mark do some work on me yesterday and my experience was awesome. He is very talented and kind. I'm going back next week.

Black Hole West is an ideal piercing parlor. The space was impeccably clean and the staff were great. Matteo did a new lobe piercing and was able to re-open two piercings I had assumed were closed. He was extremely knowledgeable and kept up entertaining banter as he work. The jewelry they have in the parlor was a little expensive however, considering the quality of the pieces they carry, it is justified. I won't be going anywhere else after such an excellent experience with Black Hole.

This place is awesome and friendly, but sad that people have no respect to steal other people's belongs. They stole my iPhone but I got it back. :)
