I went there the other day to get my first tattoo and the service was awesome. Brianne was so thoughtful and considerate and made sure I was okay because she knew I was nervous. It had a friendly atmosphere and they were super sweet!

I had the beads changed on my piercing here. It was fine when I came in. They pulled on the beads so hard they caused it to reject. And leave my huge scar on my face. When I confronted them about them causing it to reject they where beyond rude to me, and my mom. Most ignorant Disrespectful piercing place I've even have the displeasure to go to, I have been to several. This is hands down the worst!
My ex took me in last year, and paid for my Septum. The woman who did it rushed it, and it ended up missing the sweet spot, and now sits crookedly in my cartilage. I never said anything because I didn't want to seem ungrateful, but I now plan to go elsewhere to get it redone at my earliest convenience.
