RecommendedGreat management company, highly recommend their services.
Some ways this business could improve is if they hired a better staff than what is working there now. From experience years ago they are rude, dishonest & very shady characters & business sense. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

Absolutely the most unprofessional woman EVER!! She claims to be a owner/manager. If she decides for whatever reason that she does not like you, you will have 3 days to move. Besides unfounded accusations, they do NOT return calls. I do not recommend using this “business” to manage any properties!!! I will be contacting a lawyer.
BHPM have managed all of my properties, and I have absolutely no complaints. Found me great tenants and have taken care of everything, especially useful when I was living overseas
4.92 stars BHPM were great. they were my property managers for 2 years... I've never been lucky enough to have such professionals work with me when I might have had the chip's stacked against me.
As a landlord, I have found this company to be unprofessional, rude, and lacking communication. It consistently took them over a week to respond to anything, and always responded with vague, noncommittal answers. The owners payments were late every month as well. In addition, they do things in a way that is easier on them, rather than what is best for the tenant or landlord, without authorization.
