the worst property ever, trust me. Don't go here. they give out others information, and will not take you serious as a tenant. negative stars if I could. read their recent reviews. one thing to make them mad and they won't care for you. message me if you want the screen shot of the conversation and the things they say to other property management about you. they think the can get away with things but wrong.

What a great company to work with. They try really hard to help their tenants, give you a ton of info and are just a good company all around.
Will i have had stuff that has not been fixed like my patio doors and windows and other stuff. I lived here over month.They gave me the run around about it.I had to show them a document for my rights as a renter.I have and can give them saying i don't have pay rent till stuff is fixed. will see. I pay lot for rent and as renter i just want it done. I shouldn't have to do this. I now my legal rights.
BHPM is an amazing team! They are extremely helpful, always available, so understanding and kind! 5 stars all around!!
had an issue with locks on the property i rented. they had someone out the very next day to fix the issue. five stars!
