RecommendedBeen on a lot of helicopter tours over the years all over the country but Black Hills Aerial Adventures was the best ride. Pilots very courteous as well as the staff at the souvenir shop!
wonderful experience...took a ride around Crazy Horse with my 2 young boys. Something they will never forget. Black Hill Aerial really know how to treat you!
Very easy people to work with. Accommodated us on short notice...,...not really open for the season yet. Our grands were so excited and a little nervous but the staff was so friendly and eased the nerves!!!!! Thank you much!

oh my... where to start? the people are AMAZING, so friendly and put us at ease right away. The pilot was so knowledgable about the area and gave recommendations easily about where to eat and everything but even more important, he handled the helicopter smoothly and with such ease... impressed with the whole operation!!
We were told there would be a 45 minute wait. We then sat there for nearly two hours while people arrived after us and were given rides before us. When we questioned why, we were given a run around about how they’d gotten behind and they try to take people in order. It became apparent they were taking people who had booked the longer more expensive tours and putting them in front of us. I ultimately cancelled and got a refund. It was extremely unprofessional. Just be honest!!
The girls and I drove by today and suddenly decided to get on a helicopter and see the beautiful lands we were driving through from a bird’s eye. The staff was sooo friendly and helpful, and we ended up checking out the Crazy Horse Memorial, which we hadn’t expected to get to. Our pilot was funny and informative, and very safe. These guys made my first helicopter ride a 20/10 experience. Highly recommend! Thank you!!
